ERIC WATSON
Rep. Eric Watson brings a lifetime of distinguished public
service as an Honorary State Chair of the Tennessee
Leadership Team for the Presidential Candidate Mike
Huckabee.

His long career as a public servant began in 1991, when
Watson started his law enforcement career for the Bradley
County Sheriff's Office. In 2006 Watson was promoted to
Lieutenant over the Criminal and Civil Warrant Team and
the Judicial Services Division.

Eric, in 2006, was elected to the Tennessee House of
Representatives and currently serves on the Judiciary and
State and Local committees as well as the Immigration
Task Force.

In August of 2008, Rep. Watson was the only House
member appointed to serve as a Tennessee At-Large
Delegate for 2008 Republican National Convention.

In September of 2008, Eric was also chosen as the "2008
Legislator of the Year" by the Tennessee Association of
Realtors.

In January of 2009, Watson was named chairman to the
House Criminal Practice and Procedure committee and
vice-chairman for the State Subcommittee of State and
Local for the 106th General Assembly.

Eric has spent his time in Nashville Rep. Watson has spent
his time in Nashville fighting for Conservative values by
helping strengthen “Jessica’s Law” and protecting
marriage, and the American Flag.
